Understanding the basics of parsers

Here, I'm going to explain parser in terms of the NLP domain. The parser concept is also present in other computer science domains, but let's focus on the NLP domain and start understanding parser and what it can do for us.

In the NLP domain, a parser is the program or, more specifically, tool that takes natural language in the form of a sentence or sequence of tokens. It breaks the input stream into smaller chunks. This will help us understand the syntactic role of each element present in the stream and the basic syntax-level meaning of the sentence.
