The Bernoulli indexes can be either zero or one. Of course, our prior expectation could be that they are equal to 0 50% of the time and 1 50% of the time. This is then augmented using the data, and we get different values there. Another way of interpreting this is that, for example, id[5] is equal to 1, 12% of the time. This variable is multiplying b[5], so we could say that b[5] is equal to 0, 12% of the time as well.
