So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How it works...
The bnviewer package parses the model structure from bnlearn, and builds the corresponding diagram. When we click on a node, the arcs that are connected to it are highlighted so we can identify the node ascendants and descendants easily.
