In Chapter 3, Troubleshooting a Web Application we walked through troubleshooting a web application problem by using the troubleshooting methodology covered in Chapter 1, Troubleshooting Best Practices. We also used several of the fundamental troubleshooting commands and resources found in Chapter 2, Troubleshooting Commands and Sources of Useful Information.
