11 Summary and Outlook

It was the objective of the research project, Rethink! Project Stakeholder Management, to enrich what project stakeholder management approaches look like and what working forms can deal with the increasing complexity of such approaches. We defined research propositions and interpreted them in order to discuss the results we found in literature and case studies. We performed practice and demonstration case studies to test the described working methods. In order to generate viable research results, we worked together with researchers and practitioners in a process of knowledge co-creation.
