Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been employed in a variety of industries and academic institutions to tackle particular challenges. In the same way that electricity and computers are universally applicable, artificial intelligence is. A wide range of areas have benefited from the advancement of machine translation and image recognition technology. Artificial intelligence is being used in the military to enhance, among other things, command, and control, communications, sensing, integration, and interoperability. Everything is being researched, from supply chain logistics to cyber operations to information operations to semi- and self-driving cars. Artificial intelligence in the military might help with sensor and effector coordination, threat detection and identification, enemy position marking, target acquisition, and scattered Joint Fires coordination across networked combat vehicles, including human and unmanned teams.
