Abstract
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) represents an advance in the state of the art in terms of technology. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is one of the most cutting-edge technologies in the fields of information technology, computer science, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering. This system combines both hardware and software, as well as networking and automation, in order to make doing mundane tasks as easy and stress-free as is humanly feasible. Secondary data was analysed in light of this, which may be accessible on the internet and in academic databases. From January 1, 2018 until June 30, 2018, the research was conducted. RPA found and utilised a small number of empirical publications, white papers, and blogs in the creation of this study. Because of the contemporary phenomenon, this inquiry has an exploratory nature. RPA, Robots, AI, and Blue Prism were some of the search phrases used to access the database of information. The result of the study was that robots and RPA technologies are becoming ...
