Abstract

The early promise of machine intelligence’s influence did not include the division of the fledgling area of Artificial Intelligence. The concept of embedded intelligence was merged between observation, cognition, and actuation, according to AI’s inventors. Given the technological advancements of recent decades and the widespread use of information systems in society, the great majority of services supplied by businesses and organizations are now digital. Industry 4.0 is the fourth industrial revolution, and significant advancements in technology and mechanization characterize it. Robotic process mechanization (RPM) offers several benefits in terms of automating organizational and corporate procedures. In addition to these benefits, applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms and techniques in conjunction with RPM processes improves the accuracy and execution of RPM processes in data extraction, recognition, classification, forecasting, and process optimization. In this context, this research aims to study the RPM tools connected with AI that can help the development of Industry 4.0-related organizational processes. ...
