Hour 2. Opening and Saving
What You'll Learn in This Hour:
Before you can do anything exciting with Photoshop CS2, you need to learn how to open and view files. Photoshop can open a wide variety of file formats, so you can work on pictures from many sources. If you have a scanner or a digital camera, you can bring in pictures that you've taken. You can also use photos from CD-ROM collections or images that you have downloaded from some online or Internet source. This hour will also cover methods of saving your work because, if you don't save, all the changes you make will be lost.
