た。これまでは、購入ボタンをクリックするといったウェブサイトとの主要なやり取りはみな、そ
れぞれのアクション後に何かが変化するという明確なインジケーションをユーザに与えていまし
た。ところが非同期リクエストを使った場合、ウェブページの一部で何か重要なことが起こっても、
ユーザは気づかないかもしれません。そこでデザイナは変更のあったセクションにユーザの注意を
引きつける方法を考え出しました。変化するコンテンツを黄色いボックスの中に表示してフェード
インすることから始まり、ギザギザのホイールをゆっくり回す、ページ全体をスワイプするなど、
さまざまなアニメーションが組み込まれました。
アニメーションはウェブページを変更する動作を指します。画像を追加、削除することから、ペー
ジ上にあるものすべてを削除してやり直すことまで、多岐におよびます。
