When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Author
Rosemarie Withee is president of Portal Integrators (www.portalintegrators.com) and founder of Scrum Now (www.scrumnow.org), the first Philippine-based Scrum organization with locations in Seattle, Washington and Laguna, Philippines. Portal Integrators is a Scrum-based software and services firm. She is the lead author of Office 365 For Dummies (Wiley, 2016), SharePoint 2016 For Dummies (Wiley, 2016), and Office 365 Apps For Dummies (Wiley, 2016).
Rosemarie earned a Master of Science degree in Economics at San Francisco State University. In addition, Rosemarie also studied Marketing at UC Berkeley-Extension and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from De La Salle University, Philippines.
Ken Withee is founder of Portal Integrators (www.portalintegrators.com), a Scrum-based software and services firm. He lives with his wife Rosemarie in Seattle, Washington. He is the author and coauthor of a number of books on Microsoft technologies and currently writes TechNet articles on Office Server products for Microsoft.
Ken earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at San Francisco State University. He has more than 14 years of professional computer and management experience working with a vast range of technologies. He is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and is certified in SharePoint, SQL Server, and .NET.
