So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Results of Nationwide Survey: “How Does Your Boss Communicate?” Bates Communications, Inc.
This is a brief summary of the findings of a nationwide online survey of 293 professionals in 2004 regarding communication and leadership in the workplace. The survey included both closed- and open-ended questions. Each respondent was asked to rate his or her boss on ten dimensions of leadership and communication.
