Results of Nationwide Survey: “How Does Your Boss Communicate?” Bates Communications, Inc.
This is a brief summary of the findings of a nationwide online survey of 293 professionals in 2004 regarding communication and leadership in the workplace. The survey included both closed- and open-ended questions. Each respondent was asked to rate his or her boss on ten dimensions of leadership and communication. There were also questions about the leadership of the respondent’s organization and about communication styles in the workplace.
