I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Other filtering options
You will also want to be aware of the following options when it comes to filtering:
- You may display a filter control for nearly any field by right-clicking on it and selecting Show Filter. The type of control depends on the type of field, whether it is discrete or continuous, and may be customized using the little drop-down arrow at the upper-right corner of the filter control.
- Filters may be added to the Context. Any filter added to the context is evaluated first and results in what can be thought of as a subset of the data. Other filters and calculations (such as computed sets and Fixed LoD calculations) are based on the subset of the data. This can be useful if, for example, you want to filter to the top 5 customers ...
