The Personal Brand Vs. a Company Brand

You are the company you keep. Or, are you? As a leader of a company, it’s not difficult to exert your philosophy and brand on the organization. After all, it’s your company.

But what if you’re an employee.

How do you distinguish your brand from a company brand? Many people simply take on the brand qualities of the company they create. After all, as an owner, your company is often a reflection of what you stand for. Your own personal beliefs, the way in which you treat your employees, the way you conduct business are all you. But along the way, has that self been lost among everything else you created? Likely so, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this book.
