I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The Blendification System progresses from block to block on the Strategy Whiteboard and each block builds on the previous one. Imagine if you had the time to focus on the best possible way to strategically create the most impactful and successful company possible. As a leader, what if you could plan and pursue yours and your company’s potential by being intentional and thoughtful. If that was the case, what would be the most optimal planning process? I would argue that it would look like this. First, an external analysis of the future impacts would be done and internal capabilities evaluated in connection with the future impacts.
