I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Conclusion
The Blendification System is a model and a way of leading an organization, but it is much more substantial than a leadership book. This book lays out a clear strategic process, but it is not just a strategy book. It also reveals a process for intentionally building remarkable culture, but, you guessed it, it’s not a culture book. The Blendification System is about creating clarity in who you are and what you can achieve in your life and career by pursuing something greater than yourself and leading others to do the same. The leadership and strategy tools highlighted in this book are important, but the intent of these tools is to realize yours, your team’s, and your organization’s potential.
