It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
CHAPTER 10Performing User and Design Research
Before your participants begin sketching their ideas, you should schedule time for user and design research. Both types of research help them to understand the context of the problem they need to solve. In my design studios, I schedule several days for participants to do research.
