So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Most of the time, usability testing occurs towards the end of product development, with little, or no, time to absorb lessons and make significant product changes. Usability testing results get prioritized into quick fixes before a product launch or future work for a later release. In both cases, a product team is treating software issues rather than preventing them. Unlike usability testing, design studios are a prevention-based method where a product team focuses on creative problem-solving, improving the user experience, and reducing (or eliminating) usability issues. ...
