I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
7 HOLISTIC PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT IN PROFESSIONAL TEAM SPORT
We have already outlined that sensible sport teams should look to balance any form of financial performance with the pressure of delivering sporting success. In the past, we have often labelled these things as the “twin” objectives of professional sports teams (e.g., Plumley, Wilson and Shibli, 2017). One is financial, in relation to business operations, and the other is sporting, in relation to on-pitch performance and trophy success.
