I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Why does Lean fail when it comes to leadership? Is it because leaders don’t understand the Lean philosophies? Is it because they don’t have a vision or aren’t able to articulate the vision? If leadership has a vision, are they able to remove any roadblock that restricts conveying the vision and gain alignment with all their people? Maybe the leaders learned some bad behaviors and they reflect behaviors more of a manager's than a leader's. Changing with the times can be challenging for people in general and more so for leaders making key decisions for the future of the company, defaulting back to what we know is the typical go-to behavior.
