Why does Lean fail when it comes to leadership? Is it because leaders don’t understand the Lean philosophies? Is it because they don’t have a vision or aren’t able to articulate the vision? If leadership has a vision, are they able to remove any roadblock that restricts conveying the vision and gain alignment with all their people?
