It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Edgar H. Schein has been a prolific researcher, writer, teacher, and consultant. Besides his numerous articles in professional journals he has authored fourteen books, including Organizational Psychology, Career Dynamics, Organizational Culture and Leadership, Process Consultation Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, Process Consultation Revisited, and The Corporate Culture Survival Guide. At present he is a Sloan Fellows Professor of Management Emeritus and serves on the boards of Massachusetts Audubon and the Boston Lyric Opera.
