Processes of lessons identified
The previous chapter discussed some of the principles of lesson identification, and in this chapter we describe how these principles can be put into processes that are used by the team or organisation.
There are a range of processes for lesson identification. Participants in the lessons learned survey introduced in Chapter 1 reported the use of the following processes:
project-related reviews: post-project reviews or retrospects (28 responses)
after action reviews (17 responses)
