Creating good business maxims is a prerequisite to creating appropriate and useful IT maxims. The questions and the answers they produce fall into two categories, strategic context and corporate synergies.

Strategic Context

  1. Enterprisewide strategic intent

  2. The extent and nature of business unit synergies sought in the future
