Overview
This chapter marks the change from an internal focus, or things we can control, to external elements that are harder to control. The chapter looks at what a clear company Vision does to momentum. The clearer the destination and reasons for getting there are to you, the easier it is to stay in motion, building momentum.
We’re making a shift. Up to this point we’ve been talking about what we need to do as individuals to build or maintain momentum. We’ve been focused on balancing our flywheeled bicycle so it rolls smooth and can gain speed. We know that releasing tension is just as effective as pushing harder and we’re ready to destroy quota.
