Overview

Part of being good at sales is being asked to lead a sales team. It’s been said the best salespeople make the worst sales managers, but this is only half true. The skillset of a high-performing salesperson is different than the skillset of a high-performing sales manager. This chapter outlines a few thoughts on using a Sales Momentum Mindset to bridge these skills.
