So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Introduction
The Definition of Done (sometimes shortened to DoD) is one of the three commitments of the Scrum Guide. It describes an Increment’s required quality standard to be considered “done” and is a prerequisite for inspecting any Increment.
The Definition of Done serves a crucial function, as it provides the Scrum Team and its organization with a common understanding of the completeness of the Increment. The Definition of Done thus enables stakeholders to close the feedback loop the Scrum Team requires for its empirical process, as it allows inspection of a done Increment.
