Overview
Someone can claim that transformational coaching is a model by itself. However, because it pulls on many disciplines and models (as we mentioned in Chapters 1 and 7) and is client-focused coaching, it does not restrict itself to a certain established model, as long as the focus is on the outcome, the transformation of individuals, teams, or organizations with sustainable outcomes.
