Transformational coaching applies to organizations and their workforces. An organizations’ culture has an effect on how individuals and teams are coached and how they undergo transformation. Organization leaders who receive coaching can influence the organization if their mindset is transformed as well as the way they relate to people and their productivity, because individual transformation is often a pathway to organizational transformation. Part II focuses on the relevancy between transformational change and transformational coaching, and its application in process of organization development, high-performance, and talent development.
