Margaret Rumbaugh has 25 years of experience in government contracts. She is a nationally recognized instructor in acquisition management. She began her career in training as an adjunct professor at the University of Virginia in 1991. Ms. Rumbaugh teaches undergraduate classes in the university’s procurement and contract management program.
Ms. Rumbaugh has experience designing, writing, and teaching courses for the intelligence community, defense agencies, civilian agencies, and private industry.
