Conducting a Pre-Proposal Conference

This chapter explains how to conduct and participate in a pre-proposal conference. The pre-proposal conference is an important communication opportunity for both government and industry. The FAR encourages agencies to engage in such exchanges with industry before they receive proposals, as long as they are consistent with procurement integrity requirements.
