It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

QoS provides three real-time graphs for current activity with a moving 60-minute
window that is refreshed regularly depending on the frequency of the scheduled
QoS Jobs. These graphs show average user experience time, average back-end
service time, and average page-render time.
The following reports in the Tivoli Decision Support Guide are also noteworthy:
QoS Customer Experience: Shows the number of requests that violated
your company’s round-trip time policy in comparison to the number of
requests your site had each day.
QoS Trends: Shows a comparison of round trip time to page render time and
