Transaction Performance components and related products.
6.1.1 Problems installing the Enterprise Transaction Performance
Web Console
The installation of the Web Console component fails if the installation is
performed on a machine on which Norton AntiVirus is installed. A workaround is
to uninstall or disable realtime protection by Norton AntiVirus before installing the
Web Console, and reactivate virus protection afterward.
