I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

InstanceStartTime=00:00
InstanceStopTime=23:59 (that means the upload occurs the entire day)
InstanceRandTimeRange=00:30
then a random value between 0 and 30 minutes is calculated (for example, 12
minutes) so that the upload process will start at the following times:
00:12
01:12
02:12
03:12
...
and so on for the entire day unless the Tivoli Application Performance
Management agent is stopped and restarted and a new value is calculated for
that endpoint. If so, the upload process may start at different times. If there is a
question here, check the log files to see whether the Tivoli Application
Performance Management agent has been recycled.
