I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Authors
Darleen DeRosa, Ph.D., is a managing partner at OnPoint Consulting. Darleen brings more than ten years of management consulting experience, with deep expertise in the areas of talent/succession management, executive assessment, virtual teams, and organizational assessment.
Prior to joining OnPoint Consulting, Darleen was an executive director in the assessment practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. In this role, Darleen conducted assessments of senior executives across industries and worked closely with CEOs and boards to leverage these results. Specifically, she worked with clients such as Google, Gerdau Group, Carlyle, EarthLink, Morgan Stanley, and ArQule.
