I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Acknowledgments
Good fortune has provided me with ample opportunities to experience deeds—both good and bad—from which to learn and grow. In my career I have been exposed to extraordinary people: some heroes, others examples of what not to be or do. But each offered lessons of life that are worth sharing.
This book is part of my “season of giving back.” It allows me to offer to those seeking the lampposts and street signs on the highway of life some direction that can take them to successful and rewarding destinations.
