I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Provide the Boss Some Quiet Time Each Workday
Most people feel fortunate if they survive the day and accomplish all the things that are required of them. That’s fine, but it’s not sufficient if it appears to be difficult for you to take on anything extra. Think about how it might be for your boss, who has tons more to do over the course of the workday than most in his or her employ.
