I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Nygaard and Dahl: The First OOPL
Object-oriented programming, one of the most significant revolutions in our industry, was the result of the efforts of two remarkably different people: the shy and bookish Ole-Johan Dahl and the larger-than-life, bull-in-a-china-shop Kristen Nygaard. Together, through a series of happy accidents, political manipulations, and deep insights, this odd couple revealed the software paradigm that drove language design into the twenty-first century.
