Virtually every tool for creating, organizing, editing, and playing back digital media files has been changed in Windows Vista, with many small improvements that collectively add up to a smoother, more usable experience. No matter which Windows Vista edition you use, you get Windows Media Player 11 (shown in Figure 1-6), which handles playback of audio CDs and video files, ripping and burning of audio CDs, access to online music and movie stores, and a rich set of tools for searching and categorizing your media library.
