Organization-Oriented Fun
Most Fun at Work happens with others you work with as part of achieving ongoing work responsibilities as part of a team or department. This can also be an ad hoc group or task force dedicated to addressing a specific problem or opportunities in your company.
Applying fun in a group setting can include simple behaviors, such as starting group meetings with a simple fun activity or icebreaker and encouraging everyone to participate, or more formal team-building activities that let everyone interact with others who they may not normally work with on a daily basis. Again, our recommended approach is to try, debrief, learn from, and try again.
