I want to thank Daniel Tibbets, Senior Vice President at Bunim-Murray Productions in Hollywood, formerly Vice-President and Studio Chief at GoTV Networks, for information and material that enabled me to understand the development of mobile media formats in which he pioneered. His new work in second screen production continues to innovate in a fast moving industry, which we are trying to explain even as it changes.
