PropertyNotify — xproperty
When Generated
A PropertyNotify event indicates that a
property of a window has changed or been deleted. This event can
also be used to get the current server time (by appending
zero-length data to a property). PropertyNotify
events are generated by XChangeProperty(),
XDeleteProperty(),
XGetWindowProperty(), or
XRotateWindowProperties().

This event is selected with
PropertyChangeMask.
