So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

ていない某ツールの脆弱性とは――セキュリティ業界のコミュニティに
は、当然業務上の守秘義務の範囲内ではあるが、公にはなかなか語られな
い「ここだけの話」があふれている。ただし、その貴重な情報は、コミュ
ニティにただ参加するだけでは十分手に入らない（かもしれない）。CTF
for GIRLS代表の中島春香さんと、CTF for GIRLSに加え、ゆるいハッ
キング大会やHardening Projectに参加する野溝のみぞうさんに、コミュ
ニティでしか得られない情報の価値と、それらを手に入れる方法を聞いた。
コミュニティでしか得られない情報の種類と価値
サイバーセキュリティに関わる人々にとって、最も価値がある情報は、
表には出てこない「現場の実態」だ。大学生の頃からCTF for GIRLSに
参加し、NEC でペネトレーションテストを担当する中島春香さんは、コミュ
ニティでの情報交換の価値をこう語る。
セキュリティの分野では、日々新しい脅威が生まれる。まだ公開されて
いない脆弱性の情報なども、ベンダーから正式発表される前にコミュニティ
内で共有されることがある。中島さんは、「現場レベルの情報をキャッチ
できることは、業務を進める上でとても大きな価値だ」と強調する。
