12.1 Service Data Objects (SDOs)
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) can be considered as a means to connect, or
communicate, between heterogeneous systems. Service Data Objects (SDO) can be
considered as a means to use SOA specifically to allow data to be shared between like, or
unlike systems.
Note that the purpose of this section is not to provide full education on SDO. To learn more
