7.4.2 Starting the Web Service Explorer with workspace WSDL
The previous section showed how to start the Web Service Explorer with a WSDL document
that is not part of the IDE workspace. You can also start the Web Service Explorer based on a
WSDL document that is part of a project in the IDE workspace. This technique is a little
