So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

7.3.3 Creating a PHP Web Page
PHP does not require any special development tools, and a simple text editor of your choice
can be used. Alternatively there are many development tools and IDEs available from a
number of companies. The Eclipse organization has started a PHP IDE project as well.
