Tutorial Overview

This is a basic modeling workflow for a simple trashcan prop created in Maya. Despite the simplicity there will be a lot of techniques discussed and multiple ways of accessing various important tools and menus.

The tutorial is aimed at someone with a brief understanding of Maya. However, if you have just opened up the application for the first time, a brief understanding can easily and quickly be acquired using the Learning Movies that are supplied with Maya.
