The privacy.conf file is used to control the
maximum number of tries a user has to enter his 10-digit telephone
number in the PrivacyManager()
application. The PrivacyManager()
application determines if a Caller ID is set for the incoming call. If
the user fails to enter his 10-digit number within the number of tries
configured in privacy.conf, the call is sent to
priority n + 101 (if it exists). If
the Caller ID is set, the application does nothing.
