されていない状態ではプラクティス以前の課題がありますから、前提条件を整えな

を進めることになり一般的な課題解決に加えてその組織固有の課題解決
が多く必要になります。
そしてなによりも重要なのは、自分たちにとっていま信頼性はどのくらい価値が
あるのかの共通認識を持つことです。信頼性はユーザー価値の保証要素のイチ構成
要素です。いまの自分たちはユーザー価値の有用性に全振りするべきなのか、保証
要素にもっと注力すべきタイミングなのか、最初から保証要素の担保が重要事項な
のかの価値観を共有し共通認識を持つのです。
