It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Das juristische Arbeiten ist im Grunde sehr praxisorientiert, geht es doch stets darum, Fälle zu lösen und Rechtsfragen zu beantworten. Wie funktioniert das? Man könnte ganz einfach antworten: indem man die Regelungen des BGB anwendet. Doch ganz so einfach ist es nicht. Denn damit das überhaupt gelingt, bedarf es zweierlei: Kennen und Können.
Zum einem muss man sich im BGB auskennen (die notwendigen Inhalte bekommen Sie im zweiten, dritten und vierten Teil dieses Buches vermittelt).
Zum anderen muss man das Gelernte umsetzen können (Übungsmöglichkeiten finden Sie insoweit im fünften Teil dieses Buches).
