Steigen Sie hier also tiefer in die vertraglichen Schuldverhältnisse ein. Lernen Sie alles Erforderliche, wie Verträge entstehen oder entfallen. Erfahren Sie schließlich mehr dazu, wie Sie bei alledem Hilfspersonen einbinden können. Abschließend haben Sie noch Gelegenheit, einen kurzen Abstecher zu den vorvertraglichen Schuldverhältnissen zu machen.
Vielleicht fragen Sie sich, wo Sie Regelungen zu alledem finden.
